Concrete demolition, without the jackhammer.
Remote-controlled power for tight spaces.
Breaking out basements, pits and plant rooms.
Safer demolition in live buildings.
We break out concrete where excavators can't fit and hand breaking puts people at risk. A remote-controlled Husqvarna DXR 305 and a ticketed operator, working in basements, plant rooms, tanks and occupied buildings across South East Queensland.
Operator clear of the workThe DXR 305 is driven by remote control, so the operator stands back from the breaker, the vibration and falling concrete.
Why
A robot does the work of a breaking crew without putting anyone on the end of a jackhammer. It fits through standard doorways, runs on electric power indoors, and reaches walls and soffits a hand breaker struggles with.
Operator out of the drop zone
Hand-arm vibration, silica exposure and falling debris are the big risks in concrete breaking. With the machine on remote control, the operator works beside the job instead of over it.Remote operation · SWMS for every job
Fits where excavators can't
Under 800 mm wide and about two tonnes, it gets through doorways, into lifts and down ramps, or gets craned into tanks and pits. Suspended slabs are fine once your engineer confirms the load.Under 800 mm wide · 2,050 kg
Electric power, no fumes indoors
No engine on site means no exhaust in basements, plant rooms or occupied buildings. Our crew manages dust with water suppression under the job's SWMS.27 kW electric · three-phase supply
Capabilities
From a single plinth to a full basement breakout. Pair it with concrete scanning, saw cutting and core drilling through Apex Cut.

Can I hire the robot without an operator?
No. Every hire includes one of our ticketed operators working under our SWMS.
What power does it need?
Three-phase power. Tell us what's on site when you send the job and we'll confirm the supply needed before quoting.
Can it work on a suspended slab?
Often, yes. It weighs about 2,050 kg before attachments, so your engineer needs to confirm the slab and access path can take it.
How is it priced?
Each job is quoted on scope, access and duration. Photos and a rough size of the area get you a price fastest.
Hard to reach.
Send photos and access details and we'll come back with a price. Mon–Sat, 6am–5pm.
